Match all three selections before ordering. RackBoss 2.0 choices for the RZR 4 800 include Steel Swaged Tube and Solid Steel Bar tie rods. The 2.0 rack uses the X24 dual-bushing design and a grease fitting for routine maintenance. These construction details apply to RackBoss 2.0; RackBoss 1.0 remains a separate selection.

Check the input spline on your original rack. RackBoss 2.0 is not compatible with a keyed OEM input spline. The application and replacement-number list below describes RackBoss 2.0; confirm the selected generation and installed steering components before ordering.
