Keep working or riding through colder weather with coolant-fed SuperATV heat mounted below the dash. Choose the valve and pump package for your 2016–2022 Pioneer 1000 or 1000-5.

What your selections include

The quick-start flow valve and idle flow pump are separate package selections. Each accessory is included only when its selection says Yes; the base kit includes neither. The valve directs coolant toward the heater during warm-up, while the pump assists coolant circulation at low engine speeds.

This heater uses warmth from engine coolant; it is not an electric resistance heater.

Vehicle and installation limits

The choices currently offered on this page cover 2016–2022 packages. They do not establish fitment for the later 2023–2025 heater or the six-seat Pioneer. Limited Edition models require removal or modification of the lower dash storage unit.

Follow the installation instructions for your exact heater and vehicle. The kit includes installation hardware and hoses. Drilling through plastic and the firewall is required; the necessary bits are included.
