Assault Industries UHD 7075 Tie Rods (Fits: Polaris General; 900S; 1000S)

The Super ATV Barrel style Ultra Heavy Duty (UHD) tie rods for Polaris General; 900S; 1000S (60" wide) are constructed from one of the toughest aluminum alloys available. By utilizing the superior 7075 material, we are able to create a thinner, lighter weight tie rod.

The tie rods are meticulously CNC machined, anodized black, and laser engraved. This kit includes all necessary components for a seamless installation. Super ATV's heavy duty tie rods are a direct bolt-on replacement for OEM parts and require no modifications for installation. Ensure you are equipped with the most durable tie rods on the market. Standard length rods are compatible with the OE suspension system and offer superior strength compared to the factory setup. The smaller diameter 7000 series aluminum is not only lighter, but also prevents contact with suspension components such as A-Arms and Sway Bar links at maximum suspension travel and articulation. The inner ball joints help maintain OE suspension geometry to minimize bump steer.

The long travel tie rods are specifically designed to complement the HCR Long Travel kit for General/900S/1000S, providing an alternative to using the extension included with the HCR long travel kit. The smaller diameter 7000 series aluminum ensures lightweight construction and prevents interference with suspension components at extreme suspension travel. The inner ball joints maintain OE suspension characteristics to reduce bump steer.
