Service a CV boot on your Polaris Rhino 2.0 axle

This SuperATV kit supplies a replacement boot, clip, bands and grease for a matching Rhino 2.0 axle. Boot material varies by kit between high-strength rubber and TPEE.

Read the axle number on the shaft

Match the full axle SKU and inner or outer CV position to the required boot-kit number. For axle AX-1-94-F-LK6-BT, the outer position uses BK00-004 and the inner position uses BK00-003. These positions are not interchangeable.

Use the correct clamp tool

BK00-011 uses universal clamps and a universal clamp tool. The other listed kits use reusable clamps and the corresponding reusable clamp tool. These replacement boots are designed for Rhino 2.0 axles, not every axle fitted to the same Polaris model.
