Replacement Portal Brake Rotor Kit

Choose replacement brake rotors by your GDP portal gear-lift size, single- or dual-idler configuration, and rotor style. The kit includes two rotors: one left and one right. Confirm all three selections before ordering; portal lift size is not the brake-rotor diameter.

Slotted or solid rotors

Slotted Rotors are the original-style option for general riding. Solid Rotors use a flat, slot-free design intended to reduce mud and debris buildup. Both styles use 4130 steel. The manufacturer lists the rotors as interchangeable between front and rear on the compatible portal setup.

Compatibility limits

Match 4-inch, 6-inch or 8-inch GDP portals with the corresponding selection. This is a replacement for a portal brake system, not a direct replacement for a stock vehicle rotor. Not compatible with Honda applications that use 12 mm thick brake rotors. Only the size, idler and style combinations shown in the selector are offered.
